Chatting with credits

Customers can choose to start a chat consultation with consultants who offer this service on their profile page. You do need a customer account with credits for this. Starting a chat consultation is quite easy. Visit the profile page of a consultant who offers chat consultations and click the “Chat Now” button.

In the chat window you can exchange messages directly with the consultant. You can also see here how long you can chat with your credits. Of course you can read the consultation afterwards in your account.
