How does a Text-consult work?

You can start a text-consult on the profile page of the consultant. A consultant will also indicate what you can ask and of course what the text-consult will cost.

You have 500 characters to write the message. When you have sent the message, the price of the consultation will be deducted from your wallet and reserved. The consultant has 24 hours to answer your questions, otherwise you will be automatically refunded the amount.

Messages can always be sent, even if the consultant is not available. You pay per received message. You start a text consult by clicking on the envelope icon.
